Regional Agrochemical Sales Executive

Company background:

A leading Singapore-based Agrochemicals (Pesticide & Fertilizer) Manufacturing & Trading Company.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and grow customer relationships across Asia & Middle East markets
Support trading activities for spot and contract business
Identify new business opportunities within Agro sectors
Build healthy sales pipelines and perform weekly updates on the progress.
Build relationships with customers within.
Responsible for commercial negotiations, quotations, and contract discussions
Coordinate closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery execution

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related discipline
3+ years of experience in Technical Sales or business development within the Ag-Tech/Agrotech/Fertilizer.
Proven track record in fertilizer and agrochemical product management and business development. Experience with Specialty Fertilizers or Biostimulants is highly preferred.
Regional Asia market exposure is required
Regional Traveling required. 50% (travel to Middle East/ Egypt/ Bangladesh/ Taiwan / Latin America etc)
