Phát triển kinh doanh và thị trường | Business & Market Development
- Thúc đẩy hoạt động kinh doanh và phát triển các dòng sản phẩm dinh dưỡng con giống thủy sản tại khu vực Mekong.
- Drive the business development and growth of aquaculture hatchery product portfolio in the Mekong Delta.
- Xây dựng, duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng trại giống và các đối tác trong ngành thủy sản; tìm kiếm cơ hội kinh doanh và thúc đẩy doanh số.
- Build and maintain relationships with hatchery customers and key aquaculture stakeholders; identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Thu thập nhu cầu thị trường, chuyển hóa thành yêu cầu sản phẩm và phối hợp triển khai các chương trình thử nghiệm sản phẩm với khách hàng.
- Gather market insights, translate customer needs into product requirements, and coordinate product trials with customers.
- Xây dựng dự báo doanh số, theo dõi xu hướng thị trường, hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh và báo cáo tình hình kinh doanh trong khu vực phụ trách.
- Develop sales forecasts, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide business updates for the assigned territory.
- Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược marketing phù hợp với đặc thù thị trường địa phương.
- Phối hợp với ADM Vietnam Aqua Team và đội ngũ kinh doanh địa phương về thông số sản phẩm, kế hoạch sản xuất và chính sách giá theo định hướng của quản lý.
- Develop and implement territory-specific marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the ADM Vietnam Aqua Team and local sales teams on product specifications, production planning, and pricing policies in line with management guidelines.

2. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC | JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Nuôi trồng thủy sản, Thủy sản, Quản lý thủy sản hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Aquaculture Management, or a related field.
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành thủy sản, đặc biệt lĩnh vực trại giống, quản lý sản phẩm hoặc phát triển kinh doanh.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the aquaculture industry, preferably in hatchery business, product management, or business development.
- Có khả năng phát triển thị trường, mở rộng mạng lưới khách hàng, nắm bắt cơ hội kinh doanh và thúc đẩy tăng trưởng doanh số.
- Proven ability to develop markets, expand customer networks, identify business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
- Có sẵn mạng lưới quan hệ trong ngành nuôi trồng thủy sản hoặc thủy sản là một lợi thế.
- An established network within the aquaculture or fisheries industry is an advantage.
- Có kiến thức về nhu cầu khách hàng và phát triển sản phẩm; hiểu biết kỹ thuật về hoạt động trại giống là bắt buộc.
- Good understanding of customer needs and product development; technical knowledge of hatchery operations is a must.
- Chủ động, có tinh thần trách nhiệm, khả năng làm việc độc lập, năng động và định hướng kết quả.
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, independent, dynamic, and result-oriented.
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác trong phạm vi Việt Nam khi cần thiết.
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam as required.
- Tiếng Anh là lợi thế, không bắt buộc.
- English proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
