Regional Sales Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead sales growth across a dynamic network of dealerships within an assigned U.S. territory.
You will serve as a trusted partner to dealers, strengthening relationships while developing high-performing sales channels and teams.
The position combines strategic business development, relationship management, market analysis, sales leadership, and hands-on field engagement.
You will help dealership teams succeed through training, collaboration, process optimization, and a strong focus on customer experience.
With significant travel and regular participation in dealer events and trade shows, you will remain closely connected to customers, partners, and evolving market trends.
Success will be measured by your ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives while contributing to revenue growth and EBITDA performance.

Accountabilities
- Drive business growth within the assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing dealer relationships, and developing strategies that increase sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with dealership owners, managers, sales teams, community members, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the brand and assigned dealerships, ensuring partners understand expectations, products, processes, and performance standards.
- Support dealer sales teams through training, relationship development, ongoing communication, and engagement designed to improve their ability to represent and sell the product portfolio effectively.
- Oversee dealer sales order processes in collaboration with sales leadership and internal representatives, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the ERP system.
- Research markets, customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive developments to identify sales opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Optimize sales processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, lead management, transparency, and overall sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline the sales process and contribute to broader commercial objectives.
- Maintain accurate records, participate in key meetings, and ensure effective communication and relationship management across departments and external partners.
- Develop compelling presentations, visual materials, and other resources that clearly communicate strategic priorities, market insights, and business opportunities.
- Attend at least one event or trade show annually with each assigned dealer to strengthen partnerships, understand customer preferences, and remain connected to market developments.
- Represent the brand as an authentic ambassador within the adventure vehicle, outdoor, and vanlife communities.
- Consistently work toward achieving or exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, including topline revenue and EBITDA targets.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support additional sales initiatives and organizational responsibilities as business needs evolve.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within luxury automotive, recreational vehicles, boats, dealerships, or related manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, business development, relationship management, negotiation, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and retain strong long-term relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners.
- A natural leadership presence characterized by confidence, authenticity, approachability, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing is advantageous, while RV sales or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience combining modern technology-enabled sales approaches with grassroots relationship-building efforts is beneficial.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required due to regular operation of company vehicles.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including more than 200 days per year, and work from dealerships, airports, hotels, or other locations as required.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and participate in physically active events involving prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and assembling or disassembling displays.
- Ability to safely perform extended periods of computer-based work and maintain the visual and auditory acuity necessary for effective communication and event participation.

- Commission payments made monthly, with payment on the 15th or the following business day when the 15th falls on a weekend.
