Job Purpose:

To drive LAP business across the assigned region by managing Sales Managers and sales teams, developing new business channels, achieving business targets, and ensuring quality sourcing and portfolio growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive LAP business across the assigned region to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor Sales Managers and their respective sales teams.

- Develop business through DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, and direct sourcing channels.

- Drive the complete sales process, from lead generation and login to sanction and disbursement.

- Monitor team productivity, business performance, conversion ratios, and target achievement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key customers.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.

- Ensure quality sourcing, adherence to company policies, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence across the region.

- Conduct regular branch visits, review team performance, and implement action plans to improve productivity.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

- 8 - 12 years of experience in sales within Banking, NBFC, or financial services.

- Strong experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) is preferred.

- Proven experience in regional sales management and team handling.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

- Ability to achieve business targets and manage multiple locations.
