Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Experience: 34 Years Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills) Job Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Manage and expand distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks. Drive sales of RAM Antivirus products, including Antivirus, Internet Security, and Total Security. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with dealers and distributors. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure consistent business growth. Conduct market visits and implement effective sales and marketing activities. Key Requirements 34 years of proven experience in sales and business development. Strong knowledge of sales, target achievement, and channel partner development is a must. Experience in antivirus, IT software, cybersecurity, or related product sales will be preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
