Regional Sales Manager

【About the Role】
We are looking for a talent with a global mindset and strong business potential to support overseas market development. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategy execution, support new brand launches, and explore business opportunities to enhance market penetration, with the goal of growing into an independent driver of regional business growth.

【Key Responsibilities & Challenges】
1. Develop and manage overseas markets, enhancing brand visibility and increasing market penetration.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to execute go-to-market strategies and optimize performance.
Support new brand launches and market entry initiatives to build competitive positioning.

3. Strengthen sales capabilities within the existing framework and progressively handle market and client needs independently.

4. Handle international business communications, including presentations, requirement alignment, and quotations, with willingness to travel overseas.

5. In the initial stage, work closely with senior leadership through training and key project involvement to quickly gain hands-on experience.

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Experience in the electronics industry is a plus.

2. Familiar with ODM / OEM business models and industry practices.

3. Proficient in Japanese with strong verbal communication skills (JLPT N1 level preferred)

4. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, or French)

【Hybrid Work Model】
● During the onboarding phase, you will primarily work from the office to get familiar with your role and team collaboration.

● Hybrid work may be adopted based on performance and manager evaluation.

● The working arrangement will remain flexible and may be adjusted according to business needs and team collaboration.
