Regional Sales Performance Coach
Description
The short version
This is a sales leadership job. You oversee approximately 9 studios, coach sales representatives, develop Studio Managers, and drive regional revenue. You're not sitting behind a desk reviewing reports. You're in the field, watching real consultations, role-playing sales conversations, correcting mistakes, and turning underperforming teams into top performers. Your job is to make every studio better and every sales rep stronger.
About the role
As a Regional Sales Performance Coach, you own sales execution and performance across your region. You'll travel between studios, work directly with teams, train new hires, improve closing skills, and hold people accountable to their numbers.
We provide the brand, leads, systems, and support. You bring the leadership, coaching, and execution to make the region perform.
What you'll do
Coach: Observe live consultations, role-play, improve objection handling, and strengthen closing skills.
Train: Develop new hires and help existing reps improve their sales performance.
Lead: Coach Studio Managers and hold teams accountable to goals.
Review: Conduct weekly performance reviews and identify gaps across locations.
Execute: Create action plans, address underperformance, and drive immediate improvements.
Travel: Spend time in studios working alongside teams, not managing from behind a desk.
You own the number
You'll be responsible for regional revenue, conversion rates, average ticket, team performance, and studio execution. Every week, you'll know which locations are winning, which are falling behind, and exactly what needs to change. We don't want someone who just reports problems. We want someone who identifies them, builds a plan, and gets results.
