As Regional Security Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of security activities across the region, ensuring compliance with DHL Global Security standards and customer requirements.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Develop, implement, and maintain security standards, policies, and procedures in line with regional requirements, DHL Global Security frameworks, and defence assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance across all sites, customer contracts, and business pursuits.
• Manage and develop relationships with key business stakeholders, external partner organisations, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies.
• Lead the management, review, and investigation of security incidents across operations, identifying trends, root causes, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Produce and present structured security reporting to country, sector, and regional leadership teams, customers, and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to classified incident handling protocols.
• Drive a proactive security culture through risk management, governance, and assurance activities.
• Ensure transparent and effective security cost management, including budget ownership, P&L oversight, cost-saving analysis, and strategic recommendations to maximise value while maintaining high-assurance security performance.
• Provide expert security guidance and support during customer bids, contract mobilisations, audits, and operational reviews.
• Present security reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership teams and customers, influencing decision-making and strategic priorities.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Proven security management experience within a complex operational environment.
• Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, incident management, and security assurance processes.
• Relevant security qualifications such as PSP,CPP, Level 5 Security Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience presenting complex security matters and recommendations to senior leadership teams and customers.
• Results-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within supply chain, logistics or transportation environment.
• Experience working with law enforcement agencies, government organisations, or regulated industries.
