Regional Service Director

This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are at or ahead of deadlines.
• Track construction schedules and budget.
• Maintenance inspections throughout the year to meet company standards.
• Identify and hire the best professionals. Also, mentor and train Assistant Regional Service Managers, field members, vendors, and help them grow within the company.
• Ability to attend and manage multiple jobs that are local to Richmond, VA. Or several locations in other states.
• Physical work that may include: walking, sitting, lifting 40+ pounds, among other tasks.
• Build and attain effective, profitable winning bids/margins for all projects. On-time, and under budget, exceed general contractor and building owner requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with Owners and field members.
• Coordinate and get pricing of materials from vendors to ensure execution supports compliance with established criteria and specifications of project.
• Ensure projects are completed safely following state building, federal laws, and health/safety rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Residential Property Management field experience working on large residential HVAC and Plumbing projects (multi-family), required to understand blueprints.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
• Familiar with state building, federal laws, and health/safety rules and regulations.
