Regional Service Manager Role

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for property maintenance? Join Morgan Properties as a Regional Service Manager and lead a dynamic team while ensuring excellence across multiple communities.
Your Role:

Oversee maintenance operations across the region
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians
Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations
Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts
Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in maintenance leadership
Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Leadership skills with a focus on team development
HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
