As a Strategy and Operations Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping this massive network—designing data-driven solutions that make deliveries faster, warehouses smarter, and operations more cost-efficient.

Leveraging data, analytics, optimisation models, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive innovations that directly influence strategy and transform the user experience at scale.

You may work on projects such as:

  • Developing warehouse layout strategies to improve productivity and throughput
  • Modelling inventory placement across the network to reduce lead times and costs
  • Comparing air, sea, and land transportation modes for cost-effectiveness and speed
  • Projecting end-to-end supply chain costs under different demand and volume scenarios
  • Optimising last-mile delivery strategies for both urban and rural regions
  • Evaluating the role of automation and technology in future network design
  • Conducting scenario analysis to understand the impact of disruptions, fuel price changes, or labour constraints

Job Description:

  • Process Strategy & Optimisation: Evaluate and refine logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen operational scalability.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyse diverse and dynamic datasets on operations and user behaviours, uncovering insights that tackle complex, real-world challenges. Use modelling and analysis to identify trends and generate insights that inform high-stakes business decisions.
  • Strategic Support: Align strategic projects with broader business goals by supporting discussions with stakeholders and helping to define clear operational objectives.
  • Planning & Execution: Help translate strategic goals into actionable plans with defined steps, contributing to their successful implementation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track the results of new initiatives, providing data and observations to help the team identify successes and areas for further refinement.
