This is a hands-on, operational role that serves as a key link between internal departments, suppliers, logistics service providers (3PL/4PL), customs brokers and regional partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and enjoys solving practical problems and improving processes in a fast-paced international environment.

Tasks

  • Monitor shipment status, proactively follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and operational disruptions.
  • Support purchasing and procurement activities: prepare and process purchase orders, request and compare quotations, and support supplier selection.
  • Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, production readiness, delivery dates and documentation, escalating potential risks early.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment, stock transfers and inbound/outbound flows to support inventory accuracy across warehouses.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment with Sales, Customer Service and warehouses to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
  • Support inventory counts, stock reconciliations and the resolution of discrepancies.
  • Monitor logistics and purchasing costs (freight charges, customs duties, taxes, returns and related expenses) and prepare regular reports and KPI analyses.
  • Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, including warehouse, system and new-solution implementation projects.
  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Operations and regional teams to ensure smooth cross-border operations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain and logistics records to ensure audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain or purchasing operations, preferably in an international company.
  • Experience in import/export operations and working with 3PL/4PL providers; solid knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms and international shipping practices.
  • Experience in purchasing, supplier follow-up and inventory or order management is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g. SAP); experience with B2C/courier operations or system integrations (e.g. API connections between e-commerce, WMS and courier platforms) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent spoken and written Polish and English; German is a strong advantage.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to scale a unique S2B2C model across Europe
  • Career path into regional leadership or global digital strategy roles
  • Warm and international culture based on respect, collaboration and giving your ideas a spotlight!
  • Interactive activities: team-building, company parties and events
