Regional Support Specialist-Support US business
Salary: RM 4,800 – RM 6,000 per month
About the role
This role involves building and optimizing personnel efficiency models, sorting center data models, and site evaluation models to enhance operational performance and decision quality. You will conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets, identify business trends and patterns, and provide data-driven solutions to support business optimization.
This position requires adaptation to the US time schedule. The corresponding local times in Malaysia for these two shifts are 7pm - 3am and 3am - 11am.
Key responsibilities
Build and optimize personnel efficiency models, sorting center data models, and site evaluation models to enhance operational performance and decision quality
Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets, identify business trends, data patterns, and core insights
Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code to provide technical support for data processing, data analysis, and model development work
Ensure high level of data sensitivity to maintain accuracy and reliability of data in all analysis processes
Produce comprehensive reports and visual charts to clearly convey analysis results and recommended solutions to stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams to accurately understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions
About you
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or related areas
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Experienced in using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar ones
Deep understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
Familiar with data warehouses and ETL (data extraction, transformation, and loading) processes
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Capable of working independently and managing the execution of multiple projects simultaneously
