Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site vehicle repair service for end customer

  • Offer remote technical support end customer to solve the technical problem

  • Drive quality and R&D resources from headquarters to promptly respond to and address market issues escalated form customer

  • Use big data platforms for remote diagnostic analysis, to predict vehicle problems, offer
    technical solutions, and track real-time vehicle handling progress

  • Collect vehicle quality issues through multiple channels, push for improvements at the
    source, and validate the effectiveness of market solutions

  • Closely work together with Area Service Managers, AS Field Engineers and the entire technical and warranty team

  • Closely work together with the BYD & Denza department

  • Perform on site technical support during launch and other events where Denza products are being displayed

  • Ensure together with the Field Engineers that any software update or other quality related update is tested and verified prior to its release

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Fluent in Dutch or French and English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong problem-solving mindset.

  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently on technical issues.

  • Valid driving license and certification for high-voltage system operations.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to provide on-site support.

  • Prior experience in electric vehicle aftersales service is highly preferred.
