Job Description:
Position Summary
The Regional Systems Analyst will support the day-to-day operations, stabilization, and continuous improvement of Anaplan-based planning models. The role will act as a key liaison between business users, process owners, and technical support teams to ensure planning activities are executed successfully and system issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Business Product Owner support analyst for Anaplan models.
- Provide operational support during monthly planning cycles, forecast updates, and business reviews.
- Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and issue triage for planning and reporting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with technical support teams to investigate and resolve system defects and enhancement requests.
- Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing activities.
- Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
- Develop planning knowledge articles, training materials, and user guidance documentation.
- Participate in governance forums and support prioritization of enhancement requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in planning, analytics, finance systems, or supply chain systems.
- Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.
Working Model & Travel Requirements
- This assignment follows a hybrid working model.
- Participants are expected to work from the office at least 1-2 days per week to facilitate collaboration, learning, and knowledge transfer.
- Minimal travel may be required, subject to project and business needs.
