As a Regional Technical & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial growth of our Vitamins & Carotenoids business across Latin America. You will shape market strategies, build long-lasting customer partnerships, and identify new business opportunities in this dynamic, high-impact role. This position is part of the Essential Products (EssCo) business within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two independent entities that will be created from ANH as part of the divestment to CVC Capital Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Vitamins & Carotenoids business across Latin America, driving sustainable growth and market expansion.
  • Build, strengthen, and grow strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners across the region.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities, market segments, and application areas to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing profitability objectives with long-term customer partnerships.
  • Translate market insights, industry trends, and customer needs into innovative and value-driven commercial solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive business performance.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Animal Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in technical sales and business development within the agribusiness, animal nutrition, food ingredients, or specialty ingredients sectors.
  • Deep technical understanding of vitamins, carotenoids, or related specialty ingredients, with the ability to translate technical expertise into customer value.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts, driving business growth, and leading complex commercial negotiations.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
