Register Nurse for Qualified Professional

Positions are day and/or evening hours depending on the needs of our clients. The job requires completing in person client intake/admission paperwork with clients that are new to the agency as well as care plan updates that are required every 60-90 days for each homecare client and annual paperwork updates. Most visits are to be done in person so this position requires driving to client homes. Experience is not necessary as we will train for all services we provide which are; PCA, Homemaking, Respite, In Home Supports (with and without training) and Individual
