Day to day they lead projects and teams from concept to delivery, manage key client relationships, oversee profitability and quality, and mentor staff while helping shape the practice's strategy.

With a strong pipeline of
work and a clear long-term vision, the Directors are seeking an experienced
Registered Architect who is ready to step beyond project delivery and are ready
to enter the business as a shareholder on a structured three-year succession plan.
Working closely with the
existing Directors, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the
practice, influencing strategic decisions, mentoring the team, strengthening
client relationships and driving sustainable growth.

The Opportunity
- As a future Partner / shareholder, your focus will extend
beyond project delivery into leadership, business performance and the long-term
success of the practice.
- Providing leadership across projects, people
and business operations
- Managing and strengthening key client,
consultant and stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing project performance, resourcing,
profitability and delivery standards
- Driving quality assurance, technical
excellence and risk management across the practice
- Mentoring and developing Architects,
Graduates and technical staff
- Contributing to strategic planning, business
improvement initiatives and growth objectives
- Supporting business development and
identifying opportunities for repeat and new work
- Representing the practice within the industry
and broader business community
- Helping shape studio culture, leadership
capability and future succession planning
- Working alongside the existing Directors to
influence the future direction of the business
The Successful Candidate:
- Registered Architect (Recognised in Australia)
- 10-15+ years industry experience
- Proven experience delivering projects through
all stages
- Strong commercial and multi-residential or
government project exposure
- Demonstrated leadership of project teams
- Strong understanding of contracts,
procurement and construction administration
- Financially and commercially aware of the
current, local market
- Proven experience mentoring and developing emerging
junior architects
- Looking for a long-term, sustainable
leadership opportunity rather than simply the next project or position
