About the Role:
Join the Alabama Autism Assistance Program as a Registered Behavior Analyst in Alexander City, AL. In this rewarding role, you will make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with autism by providing effective behavioral interventions and support.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
  • Document client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Registered Behvaior Technician preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
