Heart to Heart is looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
If you're passionate about helping children with autism and related developmental needs, we'd love to meet you. Working towards your certification? No problem- we'll help you get certified! Heart to Heart provides training, support, and guidance through the RBT certification process.
What you'll do:
- Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
- Collect data and track client progress.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and families.
- Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team members.
We're looking for:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience with children is a plus (not required)
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate heart
- Willingness to learn and grow in the ABA field
