Brighter Gems ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities in the Baltimore area. Our programs are personalized, evidence-based, and built around each child's strengths, so every child can grow in confidence, independence, and joy.

We are hiring full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children under the guidance of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will see real progress, and you will be a trusted partner to the families you serve.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA sessions with children
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and team members to support consistency and carryover of skills
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• After school, day, and evening shifts available
• Full-time and part-time options
