Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – in-home ABA, Gary area
Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs across the Gary area. Every family we serve has a dedicated care manager, a BCBA is assigned before you start, and schedules are built around the family's real week. We match you with clients whose schedules fit yours – mostly after-school afternoons and early evenings.
Pay: $23/hour for direct therapy; $10/hour for training and required meetings. Part-time, flexible hours, in-home sessions near you.
What you'll do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following a treatment plan written by your BCBA
- Collect session data and submit notes
- Get supportive supervision and real feedback – not just a signature
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (BACB)
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for weekday afternoon/evening sessions
