Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders in their home. RBTs are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, skill acquisition goals, and having a great time through play with their clients. RBTs will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This role will approximately 16 - 20 hours per week, with working hours from 2:30 PM - 7:40 PM, Monday-Friday.
This role will be 16 - 25 hours per week with a requirement to work Monday through Friday from 3-5 PM. Hours of operation between 9:00 AM - 7:40 PM, Monday-Friday.
What you will do:
- Provide 1:1 behaviorally based in-home treatment to autistic children or children at risk for developmental delays
- Implement individualized treatment goals designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that will guide your sessions
- Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
- Record objective daily data through hand-held technology for real-time data collection that reflects the client's progress toward goals
- Attend weekly check-ins and provide open communication to the supporting clinical team
- Other duties as assigned
