Registered Dental Assistant

Broadway Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our fast-paced, patient-focused practice. We are a modern dental office offering a full range of services including restorative, cosmetic, Invisalign, and implant dentistry, and we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality patient experience.

This role is ideal for a motivated assistant who enjoys staying busy, supporting a productive schedule, and working closely with a collaborative team.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of procedures
  
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
  
• Take digital X-rays and impressions
  
• Assist with procedures including crowns, fillings, Invisalign, implants, and cosmetic treatments
  
• Maintain accurate patient charting and documentation
  
• Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
  
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDA license
  
• Experience with digital X-rays and chairside assisting
  
• Strong attention to detail and organization
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
