About:

Texas Dental in Plano is looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join a practice patients have trusted for over two decades. We bring multiple specialties under one roof, including: general, cosmetic, restorative, implants, and Invisalign, with a large, collaborative team of dentists, hygienists, and specialists, and a reputation built on comfortable, genuinely painless care.

This is a full-scope chairside role in a technology-forward office, supporting a growing patient base.

What you'll do:

• Assist chairside across general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures
  
• Fabricate anterior and posterior temporary crowns and veneers
  
• Run intraoral scanning systems and support Invisalign cases
  
• Take alginate impressions; pour and trim models
  
• Place and remove retraction cord
  
• Perform in-house whitening procedures
  
• Use the intraoral camera and assist with light-cured materials
  
• Chart, input patient notes, and give post-op instructions
  
• Take patient vitals
  
• Handle instrument sterilization and restorative tray set-ups
  
• Schedule follow-up and recall appointments
  

Schedule:

• Monday 8–2
  
• Tuesday 8–5
  
• Wednesday 9–4
  
• Thursday 9–6
  
• Friday 8–2
  
• Occasional Saturday 8–2
  

Requirements

• Active Texas RDA credential
  
• Experience across a full restorative and cosmetic scope
  
• Takes initiative, with natural leadership presence
  
• A genuine team player who's kind, knowledgeable, and approachable
  
• Confident enough to respectfully hold a standard when something's off
