Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are seeking a motivated, dependable and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant to join a busy, growing dental practice.

The ideal candidate is a team player who is organized, flexible, detail-oriented and able to multitask while providing excellent patient care. This role supports the clinical team in maintaining efficient patient flow, organized treatment areas and a positive experience for every patient.

Success in this position requires strong teamwork, communication, accountability and reliability in a fast-paced dental environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support during dental procedures
  
• Prepare patients and treatment rooms
  
• Support efficient clinical workflow and patient flow
  
• Maintain clean, organized operatories
  
• Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols
  
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients
  
• Maintain organized clinical supplies and work areas
  
• Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, front-office staff and fellow assistants
  
• Support the clinical team as needed throughout the day
  

Requirements

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant license
  
• Strong patient-care and communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Organized and detail-oriented
