Brush Dentistry seeks a skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who excels in their field and can operate independently in a dynamic practice. The position requires expertise in iTero, temporary crowns, cord packing, implants, and producing high-quality diagnostic X-rays.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for both restorative and advanced dental procedures.
- Craft temporary crowns with precision in fit, function, and aesthetics.
- Capture clear and diagnostic-quality X-rays.
- Conduct accurate iTero scans.
- Pack cord for restorative dental procedures.
- Assist with implant procedures, including setup and clinical workflow.
- Anticipate the dentist's needs to ensure timely appointments.
- Maintain organized operatories and efficient clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth clinical day.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Active Texas RDA license.
- Proven experience as a dental assistant with strong chairside skills.
- Proficiency in iTero technology.
- Experience in assisting with implants.
- Confidence in creating temporary crowns and performing cord packing.
- Excellent skills in radiography.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Professional demeanor and caring attitude towards patients.
Schedule
- Monday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM–2:00 PM
Full-Time
Compensation
- $25-$28 per hour, based on experience
- Monthly and production bonus opportunities
