Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Grimes Dentistry is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to support a new periodontist and contribute to the growth of its clinical services.

This position provides chair side assistance, prepares patients and treatment areas, supports periodontal and surgical procedures, maintains clinical documentation, and follows infection-control standards. The RDA will collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to provide organized, compassionate patient care.

The practice is open to providing additional surgical training to an assistant with a strong dental foundation and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Active Texas RDA license
  

• Previous dental assisting experience
  

• Surgical assisting experience preferred
  

• Strong chair side assisting fundamentals
  

• Knowledge of sterilization and infection-control procedures
  

• Dependable, organized and detail-oriented
  

• Strong teamwork and patient communication
  

• Willingness to learn periodontal and surgical workflows
