The ultimate full-time role that truly values work-life balance. Great patient care starts with a great team.
We're a privately owned, two-location practice in Katy (Cinco Ranch & Fulshear) that the community voted the Best Dental Office in Katy. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because we hire people who care about patients, support one another, and take pride in doing great work.
A day in the life:
Assist our doctors in delivering exceptional patient care
Build genuine relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to keep the schedule running efficiently
Take digital X-rays and perform expanded duties as permitted by your RDA license
Jump in wherever needed to support the team and keep the day moving
Work alongside a positive team that communicates well and genuinely enjoys working together
Owner-led practice. Decisions get made by our founder who listens, not a regional VP in another state
