Registered Dental Hygienist ($65-$73/hr + Bonus)

Relate Dental Care is a privately owned, 7-operatory general practice led by one owner-doctor. We are a fully digital (paperless) office equipped with CBCT (3D imaging), intraoral scanners, dental lasers, and Dental Intelligence for data-driven patient care. We provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry with a strong emphasis on preserving natural dentition and long-term periodontal health. Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough dental cleanings, PMs, and SRPs.

- Take digital X-Rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.

- Administer local anesthesia for preventative procedures as certified.

- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and accurately chart findings.

- Deliver adjunct preventative treatments in alignment with our practice's philosophy.

- Uphold the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.

- Collaborate effectively with the clinical and business teams to ensure an exceptional and consistent patient experience.

Qualifications

- A valid California RDH license is required.

- Must hold a Local Anesthesia certification.

- Excellent communication skills with a passion for educating patients.

- A motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.

- Coachable and dedicated to meeting professional and office goals.

- Experience with dental lasers is preferred but not required.
