Position Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice in Brockton. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering preventive dental care, patient education, and clinical support in a welcoming and fast-paced environment. Open to 4 or 5 days a week, seeking full-time hygienists.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and polishing
- Conduct patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and vital signs
- Take and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic imaging
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
- Assist with chairside procedures when needed using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems
- Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA compliance standards
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $50–$60 per hour, based on experience
- $8K sign on bonus

- Active Dental Hygienist license (MA) in good standing
- Ability to work on-site
- Experience performing preventive dental procedures independently
- Familiarity with dental software

- Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience with pediatric patients is a plus
Physical Job Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50Lbs.
- Ability to stand/stoop/twist up to 8 hours daily.
- Repetitive hand motions up to 8 hours per day.
