The role involves working collaboratively with dentists to deliver comprehensive preventive care, educating patients on proper oral hygiene, and promoting long-term dental health. Candidates must hold an active license and demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction across a variety of clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance procedures for patients.
- Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, identifying potential oral health issues.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide guidance on maintaining optimal oral health.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest dental hygiene practices and technologies by attending continuing education courses and maintaining required certifications and licenses.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide a seamless and positive patient experience.
- Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote oral health awareness.
