- Guiding and empowering patients through one-on-one counseling and dietary education.
- Partnering with our clinical team to ensure every diet order is accurate and effective.

Qualifications
- Must-Have: A valid Colorado Registered Dietitian license.
- Nice-to-Have: A Bachelor’s degree and experience in SNF or LTAC settings.

The Details
- Full-time (40 hrs/week), Day shift.
- Primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends to ensure patient continuity.
