Registered Dietitian
Concordia at Cabot and Concordia at Rebecca Residence — is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to support our Skilled Nursing and Personal Care communities in the area.

What You’ll Do as a Registered Dietitian:
Conduct nutrition assessments, care planning, and monitoring
Provide education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans
Ensure compliance with regulatory and dietary standards
Support both Skilled Nursing and Personal Care populations
Travel & Coverage as a Registered Dietitian:
Travel across 2 locations in Cabot and Allison Park Pennsylvania
Qualifications of a Registered Dietitian:
Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field
Completion of accredited dietetic program/internship (1200+ hours)
Registered Dietitian (RD) (or eligible within 90 days)
PA Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN)
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
