Are you a caring and dependable Registered Medication Aide (RMA) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our Assisted Living team and provide exceptional care in a warm, resident-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
- Previous experience in assisted living, or senior living is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Shift:
- Full-time days Evenings, Part-time Days & Part time evenings
