Professional Development Specialist – Care Management

We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative Professional Development Specialist to advance the knowledge, skills, and professional growth of our Case Management teams across Integrated Case Management (ICM) and Integrated Service Planning (ISP).

In this role, you will transform complex clinical, regulatory, and operational information into meaningful learning experiences that strengthen staff competency, promote consistent practices, and support high-quality patient care. Partnering with leaders, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, you will help translate evolving standards and best practices into education that makes a difference.

Qualifications

Education

• Master's Degree Nursing or related field. - minimum

Experience

• 5 years Experience teaching while communicating effectively in English (written and verbal communication) with persons of various cultural and educational backgrounds. Experienced in data management. Excellent organizational skills; effectively coordinate all aspects of education course design and implementation. - minimum
• Proven track history of solid Case Management experience
• Strong presentation, written communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing educational programs, assessing learning needs, and evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Ability to interpret complex clinical, regulatory, and operational requirements and translate them into practical learning strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare technology.

• At least five years of experience in teaching, education, or related work, including effective communication with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

Licenses and Certifications

• RN State License - Upon Hire minimum California Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Upon Hire minimum BCLS Certification
• Certified Case Manager RN
