- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Deliver and monitor tailored care plans to promote positive patient recovery and well-being.
Track, document and communicate real-time condition updates so the care team stays aligned.
Lead care coordination across multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless hospital experience.
Execute physician and clinical orders promptly to maintain safe, high-standard treatment.
Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team to set patients up for safe transitions home.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- One or more of the following:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Instructor specializing in Basic Life Support obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
Additional Preferences:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a minimum of two years of nursing experience, including patient triage.
- Prior experience in an OB/GYN setting is preferred.
