- Administrative and leadership support to ensure the delivery of exceptional, population-appropriate patient care.
- Mentor and develop staff through active coaching, education, and performance feedback, fostering a supportive environment where support staff can thrive.
- Resolve patient care concerns and complaints efficiently using established facility channels, advocate for patient needs, and maintain a seamless, high-satisfaction care experience.
- Collaborate on talent and team growth by providing strategic input into hiring, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring the unit is staffed with skilled, motivated professionals.
- Required Credential(s):
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- One or more of the following:
- Instructor specializing in Basic Life Support obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
