- Schedule: Day shift | Full-time | 3x12s | Every other weekend and holiday commitment.
- Lead daily unit operations and coordinate staffing schedules to empower the team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
- Assess real-time patient needs to effectively assign nursing staff, ensuring clinical priorities and physician requests are seamlessly met.
- Oversee department workflows and quickly resolve patient concerns while managing the resources, materials and supplies needed for a safe care environment.
- Develop top talent by actively contributing to the hiring, training and ongoing performance evaluation of your clinical team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
- A minimum of 1 year of Charge Nurse or Lead Role experience required.
- Inpatient acute behavioral health experience required.
