Registered Nurse ED

• Schedule: Night Shift | Full Time

• Deliver high-acuity nursing care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every patient receives immediate, life-saving interventions and compassionate support.

• Coordinate the multidisciplinary care team to provide a seamless and holistic experience for patients from arrival through stabilization.

• Monitor and communicate real-time changes in patient conditions to the medical team, serving as the critical eyes and ears that drive clinical decision-making.

• Lead the discharge and transition process by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients and families are fully prepared for the next step in their recovery.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required:
  
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
