Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted clinical educational activities
Design competency-based programs that support organizational standards
Partner with leadership and clinical staff to identify educational gaps
Manage and evaluate performance and competency standards
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
Additional Preferences:
- Masters in Nursing
- Experience in maternal services
- Experience as an RN educator
