What You'll Do:
- Deliver PCA training in accordance with NYSDOH regulations and agency standards in locations such as Corning, Bath, and Hornell with potential for occasional travel to other southern tier areas including Binghamton.
- Mentor and support personal care aides
- Complete onsite employee evaluations in the field
- Manage LMS systems, attendance tracking, and training documentation
- Participate in CQI initiatives, audits, and quality improvement efforts
- Provide intermittent home visits
- Collaborate across departments to resolve classroom and staffing issues
- Contribute to curriculum updates and regulatory compliance
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Collaborating with training, workforce, and community partners to ensure grant deliverables are met
- Travel required
