Baptist Health is seeking to add a Registered Nurse to our EP Lab Department to support an exciting expansion happening in 2027 for the Baptist South Campus!
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
As an Registered Nurse in our EP Lab your responsibilities will include:
- Providing for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization; supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services.
- Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care.
- Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care.
- Serves as patient advocate and responsible for providing care to critical patients that require a higher acuity of care.
Registered Nurse, EP Lab, Experience;
- 1-2 years Cardiac Experience
- 1-2 years Telemetry Experience
- Hospital Experience
Experience & Credential Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) Required
