Registered Nurse Evening Shift PT

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Night Shift Team! You will be responsible for 25 skilled nursing residents and supervising 50 residential care residents.
Expected hours: 22.5 - 30 per week, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate assigned Residents daily with timely reporting of changes in Residents status or condition to Director of nursing or designee.
- Administer and document prescribed medications/ treatments accurately and timely and incompliance with policies/procedures.
- Notify Resident physician and responsible party of untoward change of Resident status, with prior reporting (if possible) to the Director of Nursing or Mother Superior.
- Supervision and follow up with Nursing Assistance Care and assignments.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years Long Term Care experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse (State of Connecticut) is required
- Previous supervisory & leadership skills
- Familiarity with medical software: PointClickCare (PCC) and equipment
- Be able to function independently performing related duties/ tasks with minimum supervision or directions.
