What You’ll Do:

Provide direct nursing care within RN scope of practice
Assess resident health status and develop individualized service plans
Administer medications and treatments using eMAR
Oversee and coordinate medication aides and clinical team members
Serve as a primary point of contact for provider communication
Ensure compliance with state licensure and regulatory standards
Document assessments, observations, and care accurately
Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin
1–2 years of experience working with older adults preferred
CPR/AED and First Aid certification (per state requirements)
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to lead, train, and delegate effectively
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate care
