Cherokee Nation Home Health Services in a non-profit health care agency that has been in business for 40+ years. Although, our main office is located in Tahlequah (Cherokee County), we have clinical staff that that provides health care services closer to their location throughout the 14+ surrounding counties. You do not have to be Native American to apply for CNHHS.

The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, state and federal regulations, and professional nursing standards. The RN performs comprehensive assessments, develops and implements individualized plans of care, coordinates services with the interdisciplinary team, and educates patients and caregivers to promote optimal health outcomes, independence, and quality of life.
