Schedule: Full-time | Day shift
- Provide comprehensive critical care, hemodynamic monitoring, and rapid titration of life-sustaining infusions for unstable medical, surgical, and cardiac patients.
- Manage advanced airway support, invasive mechanical ventilation, and point-of-care diagnostics while responding immediately to patient decompensation and code situations.
- Perform initial trauma assessment, resuscitation, and stabilization for incoming trauma patients in alignment with ATCN/TNCC protocols prior to emergent transfer.
- Coordinate interfacility transfers to Level 1 or 2 trauma and specialty centers, ensuring continuous stabilization, detailed handoffs, and regulatory compliance.
- Required Credential(s):
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
