$59.25+ per hour | Flexible Casual Shifts | Greater Melbourne
O&N Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate
Registered Nurses (Division 1) to provide high-quality nursing care
to clients in their own homes across Greater Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity for RNs who enjoy working
independently, building meaningful relationships with clients, and
delivering personalised care outside of a traditional hospital environment.
The role may include:
- Comprehensive nursing assessments and clinical review
- Wound care and management
- Medication administration and management
- Catheter and continence care
- Chronic disease management
- Hospital in the Home (HITH) support
- Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, case
managers and families
- Completing accurate progress notes and clinical documentation

Requirements
To be considered, you will need:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years' nursing experience
- Current CPR/BLS and Manual Handling certificates
- Australian Driver's Licence and reliable insured
