Role Overview
As an RN in our outpatient department, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. Your expertise will directly impact patient health, and you will be a key educator and advocate for those in your care.

What You Will Do
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Demonstrate a direct relationship between nursing interventions and patient outcomes.
- Engage in effective patient teaching to empower patients in their healthcare journey.
- Complete required HFHS training courses for registration, appointment scheduling, and charge entry systems.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Completion of HFHS training courses for operation of registrations, appointment scheduling, charge entry computer systems, and other Patient Financial Subsystems.
- 1-3 months of on-the-job training.
- Registered nursing license.
