- Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team by overseeing hiring, professional development, and performance, ensuring every staff member is empowered to provide their best care.
- Optimize unit workflows and resource allocation to create a seamless environment for both your nursing staff and the patients they serve.
- Solve complex care challenges by identifying and resolving operational hurdles, directly improving the quality and safety of patient outcomes.
- Champion regulatory excellence by maintaining a culture of continuous compliance, ensuring our unit consistently meets the highest national standards of healthcare.
- Manage unit finances with a strategic eye, overseeing budgets and expenditures to ensure our team has the essential tools and supplies needed to save lives.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
